In the webtoon version, Choi Mi Ryeo is a new reporter who suddenly comes to a media outlet and offers exclusive news about Vigilante. Therefore, Choi Mi Ryeo who is arrogant and ambitious is underestimated by her coworkers.

While in the drama version, Choi Mi Ryeo (Kim So Jin) is a senior reporter working at MBS. She threatened to go to other media if MBS would not receive exclusive news about Vigilante. Not surprisingly, Choi Mi Ryeo in the drama is quite respected.

2. In the drama version, Reporter Moon died during the investigation with Choi Mi Ryeo.

Reporter Moon Dae Seok is told as Choi Mi Ryeo's senior, but she works in another media. Moon Dae Seok was assigned to cover Sewool Future Resources. However, she was suddenly found suicidal.

While in the drama version, Moon Dae Seok (Heo Joon Seok) died from being stabbed while investigating Sewool Future Resources. And when the stabbing happened, Choi Mi Ryeo was with Moon Dae Seok.

In the webtoon version, Choi Mi Ryeo actually had subordinates that she used to cover Sewool. Until almost harmed by people. But in the drama version, that character doesn't exist.

3. Until webtoon episode 53, there was no scene of Jo Heon being hospitalized until Choi Mi Ryeo was kidnapped.

The Vigilante webtoon on LINE Webtoon has only aired 53 episodes until this article was released. Until that episode, there has not been a scene where Jo Heon (Yoo Ji Tae) was stabbed until he had to be hospitalized. There hasn't even been a moment when Kim Ji Yong (Nam Joo Hyuk) saved him.

In addition, the scene of Choi Mi Ryeo being kidnapped by Mr. Bang (Shin Jung Keun) is also missing. In the webtoon version, Choi Mi Ryeo always survives because she is secretly protected by Jo Heon.

4. In the webtoon, the one who suggested conducting the Vigilante debate was the CEO of MBS.

In the webtoon version, it was the CEO of the media where Choi Mi Ryeo worked who suggested making a debate about Vigilante. The stage was deliberately prepared to increase ratings. And Choi Mi Ryeo was deliberately appointed as the speaker.

While in the drama version, it was Choi Mi Ryeo who asked for the debate to be held. He even got a refusal from the MBS boss. Although the debate was still carried out in the end.

In addition, until webtoon episode 53, Choi Mi Ryeo was never fired from the media. But in the drama version, she was fired from MBS, so she had to create her own channel.

5. The fight scene in the ending is not yet in the webtoon

The scene during the final battle involving Jo Gang Ok (Lee Joon Hyuk), Kim Ji Yong, Choi Mi Ryeo, and Jo Heon has not yet happened in the webtoon. Especially because the Indonesian-language version of Vigilante has not yet finished on LINE Webtoon.

In addition, the scene when Jo Heon and Kim Ji Yong fight Mr. Bang to Uhm Jae Hyeob (Lee Hae Young) is also not there yet. I wonder what the ending of the webtoon version of Vigilante will be like?

For those of you who can't move on from the drama Vigilante (2023), it's better to check out the webtoon on LINE Webtoon. Do you prefer the drama or webtoon version?
